At Undisputed Rewind, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it differs depending on whether you are booking a service or purchasing a physical item.

All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

Full payment is due by the scheduled session date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling (once), but not a refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are considered forfeitures and will be charged in full.
⚠️ Refund Exceptions
Refunds for services are granted only in rare circumstances, such as:

A verified failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service

Cancellation due to photographer/videographer emergency (with no reschedule option available)
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
👕 Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Because all POD products (e.g., apparel, accessories, prints) are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchangesunless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error.
✅ Eligible Refunds/Replacements
You may request a replacement or refund if:

Once verified, we’ll either issue a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

Minor differences between online mockups and final print (colors may vary slightly)

We do not accept returns by mail unless explicitly authorized by us in writing. If a return is approved, you will be given specific instructions.
