🚚 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
You can also track your order directly through your account on our website (if available).

🔁 Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
