Welcome to Undisputed Rewind. By using our website or purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and users of the site.

1. Scope of Services

a. Videography & Photography Services

We provide professional photo and video production services, including but not limited to:

  • Portraits

  • Event coverage

  • Brand/product shoots

  • Commercial and editorial work

  • Editing and post-production

Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic location. Booking terms, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a written contract or service agreement.

b. Print-on-Demand Products

We sell custom-designed merchandise printed on demand (e.g., apparel, accessories, wall art). These items are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party providers.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Due to the custom nature of POD products, returns are limited (see Section 7).

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit (amount specified per project).

  • Full payment is due by the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Services are not guaranteed until deposit and signed agreement are received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Final delivery of photography/videography content is typically within 3 business days after the shoot.

  • Rush edits are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

  • For print-on-demand orders, fulfillment time is generally 7-14 business days, with shipping time added on top.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

a. Client Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a limited license to use final photos or videos for personal or business use (depending on contract terms). You may not resell or modify content without written permission.

b. Photographer/Videographer Rights

We retain copyright and may use content for promotional purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, social media), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For POD products, all original designs are the intellectual property of Undisputed Rewind.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a service with at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows are considered cancellations and will be charged in full.

6. Product Fulfillment & Shipping (POD Orders)

  • POD items are fulfilled by Undisputed Rewind and shipped directly to you.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and product.

  • You will receive tracking information once your item ships.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or customs fees.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

a. Services

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only considered for unrendered services under exceptional circumstances.

b. Print-on-Demand Products

  • Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with our provider to resolve it.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shoots.

  • Clear communication about expectations, style preferences, and deadlines is essential to ensure successful outcomes.

  • For POD product purchases, please double-check size, colors, and designs before placing an order.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products

  • Any errors in print-on-demand fulfillment caused by third-party providers

  • Loss of files after final delivery (please back up your content)

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not share or sell client information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
